USAGE:

The Roof Ventilation Profile is a meticulously designed profile equipped with a perforated leg, a withdrawal edge, and a welded VWS fabric. It’s primarily intended to ensure precise and long-lasting roof ventilation.

INSTALLATION:

Preparation: Apply the reinforcement compound to the width of the fabric strip.

Positioning: Lay the profile horizontally and level it. The top edge of the ventilation leg should be flush with the top edge of the roof rafter.

Mesh Application: The mesh attached to the profile should be pressed into the plaster mix. Smooth out the plaster mix that emerges through the mesh holes.

Layering: Gradually cover the remaining mesh with additional plaster.

Profile Connection: When connecting the roof ventilation profile to another profile or a fiberglass reinforcement mesh, remember to maintain an overlap of at least 10 cm between the meshes.

Temperature Constraint: It is recommended to install within a temperature range of +5°C to +30°C.

MATERIAL:

Profile is constructed from an alkali-resistant PVC material, augmented with a glass fiber reinforcement mesh that complies with the ETAG 004 standards
